Change Your Password

To change your password browse to our password reset web page to change your password. If this is your first time logging into the team site, you will need to change your password before you can log in. Here are instructions on how to do that:

  1. Browse to https://extranet.golder.com/_layouts/ChangePassword.aspx.
  2. Enter your username.
  3. Enter your old password.
  4. Enter your new password.
  5. Confirm your new password.

Configure Internet Explorer

If you are being prompted excessively to login with your credentials, please add https://extranet.golder.com to your Local Intranet Zone in Internet Explorer using the following steps:

  1. Click on the "Tools" button on the right side of your IE window.
  2. Select the "Security" tab.
  3. Click on "Local Intranet".
  4. Click on Sites.
  5. Click on Advanced.
  6. Add https://extranet.golder.com and click on Add.
  7. Click on Close and then on OK.
  8. Close Internet Explorer and open a new window to continue.

Note: This will not remove all prompts. You should be prompted once to enter the site and once each time you open a document.

Forgotten Password

If you have forgotten your password please follow the steps below to have it reset and emailed to you.

  1. Browse to http://extranet.golder.com/PasswordReset.aspx.
  2. Follow the instructions on the page to have your password reset.
